Farmer Boys® is a rapidly growing fastaurant chain based in Southern California. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor. Our fastaurants offer fresh food fast with award-winning burgers, gourmet salads, freshly-prepared sandwiches, and signature side items. We also do great morning business with made-to-order breakfasts including omelets, French toast, and breakfast burritos. Our fastaurants are highly successful and enjoy great customer loyalty.



MANAGEMENT POSITIONS


RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT

To successfully manage in our Fastaurant® system, you must first understand the duties and responsibilities of each and every team member at a Farmer Boys® restaurant. In our 11-week Management-In-Training Program, you will have the opportunity to gain the necessary knowledge and skills that will help you become a successful and valuable member of a professional management team. As you continue to grow and develop in our system, you will have the opportunity to further develop your career by learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities if you have the desire and the determination to do so.

With 41 units already open and several more either currently or soon-to-be under construction, we need the world’s greatest people to help us continue our remarkable growth. We need:

  • General Managers to manage company-owned restaurants.
  • Area Managers to be the primary liason between Franchisees and the Corporate Office.
  • Training Managers to train restaurant managers and franchisees, and assist in the opening of new restaurants.

Qualifications:
  • Experience working with franchisees a plus
  • 2+ years experience in management training, opening new restaurants, or restaurant management
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and be an effective listener
  • Ability to build and motivate a successful team
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion providing great guest service
  • Must be detail oriented and disciplined to complete assigned task
  • Must be disciplined and focused in the pursuit of excellence
  • Must be able to work as a team member and be an effective leader
  • Ability to identify and resolve performance issues
  • High School Diploma/GED; BA/BS a plus
