MANAGEMENT POSITIONS
General Managers:
Will manage company-owned restaurants.
Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is accountable for the smooth operation of the restaurant whether on duty or off. The Restaurant Manager works under the supervision of the Area Manager and will consistently use independent decisions on a daily basis, including presenting exceptional guest service, sales management, and employee supervision. Administrative responsibilities included are record keeping, ordering/receiving, inventory, proper sales procedure, and cash management, successful employee deployment and relations. The Restaurant Manager is accountable for the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant, maintenance of equipment, and physical plant. The manager is also responsible for the safety of all employees and guests.
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years experience in management training, opening new restaurants, or restaurant management.
- High energy and enthusiasm
- A passion for providing great guest service
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Effective listener
- Ability to build and motivate a successful team
- Detail oriented and disciplined to complete
 assigned tasks
- Ability to identify and resolve performance issues
- Experience working with franchisees a plus
- High School Diploma/GED (BA/BS a plus)
