Preferred locations are corners and high-visibility pads which can accommodate a drive-thru lane. We will also consider A+ sites without drive-thru capability, depending on the market. Strong daytime demographics are a must. We are open to Purchase, Build-to-Suit, and Ground Lease opportunities.

Frontage: 130–150 feet
Parking: 40+ spaces preferred
Traffic: 25,000 ADT minimum
Daytime Population: 10,000+ (1 mile radius)
Residential Population: 15,000+ (1 mile radius)
Building Size: 2,800 to 3,200sf
