Experiential Requirements

  • Extensive Food Service or Restaurant Experience (Manager, Owner, or Franchisee Level)
  • Ability to manage a complex kitchen
  • Business understanding (P&L’s, hiring, customer service)
  • Ability to respect and work within a proven system

Site Requirements

Since 1981, Farmer Boys® has been busy growing a strong crop of franchised and corporate restaurant locations throughout California, and into the Las Vegas, NV market. Consumer demand is at an all time high, and we are on the lookout for fertile ground to plant more locations in new markets.

Preferred locations are corners and high-visibility pads which can accommodate a drive-thru lane. We will also consider A+ sites without drive-thru capability, depending on the market. Strong daytime demographics are a must. We are open to Purchase, Build-to-Suit, and Ground Lease opportunities.

  • Land Size: 25,000+sf minimum lot size
  • Frontage: 130–150 feet
  • Parking: 40+ spaces preferred
  • Traffic: 25,000 ADT minimum
  • Daytime Population: 10,000+ (1 mile radius)
  • Residential Population: 15,000+ (1 mile radius)
  • Building Size: 2,800 to 3,200sf

Criteria will vary depending on individual markets.
