How does Farmer Boys fundraiser work?
Farmer Boys will support your fundraiser by providing your organization with both digital and physical fundraiser flyers. Additionally, a percentage of the pre-tax sales generated during the fundraiser will be donated back to your cause.

Pre-tax sales from a Farmer Boys fundraiser are only applicable to orders placed during the specified date and time of the event. Gift card sales, online orders, and third-party delivery orders are excluded. Additionally, fundraiser events cannot be combined with other Farmer Boys offers, coupons, or discounts.

- Verification: Farmer Boys may check your organization's tax-exempt status.
- Approval Not Guaranteed: Not all applications will be approved. Farmer Boys can reject or cancel events anytime.
- Eligibility: Eligible groups include K-12 schools, colleges, youth sports teams, and nonprofits.
- Donation Commitment: Farmer Boys will donate a percentage of sales (excluding tax, online, delivery, and gift card purchases) to your organization.
- Payment: Donations will be via check payable to your organization.
- Accurate Information: Confirm the information you provide is accurate and you have the authority to apply.
